Hi, I’m Ariel, an EMDR & Anxiety therapist for high-achieving women in healthcare navigating people-pleasing, burnout, poor boundaries and complex trauma in Carlsbad, CA (in-person & virtual).

You don’t have to navigate anxiety, old wounds, or life transitions alone. Together, we’ll create space to reconnect with yourself, your goals, and what truly matters.

My Approach

I specialize in working with women in healthcare who feel anxious, overwhelmed, and burnout. Together, we slow things down to understand what’s underneath your stress, and find new ways to reconnect with what your body is trying to tell you. Through our work together we will find ways for you to build confidence from the inside out, and create lasting change — not just short-term coping.

My approach is warm, relational, and individualized. I believe meaningful change means sometimes sitting with discomfort… I work alongside you to navigate that process with the intention of helping you feel grounded, supported, and more connected to yourself.

I offer a therapy space that’s steady, warm, and grounded — one where you don’t have to explain everything or hold it all together. I’m deeply invested in creating a relationship where you feel comfortable slowing down, being honest, and exploring what’s beneath the surface.

This work is collaborative and thoughtful, focused on helping you feel more connected to yourself and less burdened by old patterns or expectations.

I offer both in-person therapy and secure online sessions, giving you flexibility to choose what fits your life. In-person work offers a grounded, relational space, while telehealth allows you to attend therapy from the comfort of your own home with a stable WiFi connection and a phone, laptop, or tablet.
